পটুয়াখালীর গলাচিপায় অধ্যক্ষ’র বিরুদ্ধে নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়ায় অনিয়মের অভিযোগ উঠেছে। উপজেলার কল্যাণকলস নেছারিয়া সিনিয়র মাদ্রাসার অধ্যক্ষ মাওলানা আ. জলিলের বিরুদ্ধে মাদ্রাসা শিক্ষা বোর্ডের মহাপরিচালকের কাছে এই অভিযোগ করেছেন পরিচালনা কমিটির প্রতিষ্ঠাতা সদস্য মো. ফখরউদ্দীন খান।
অভিযোগে বলা হয়েছে, অধ্যক্ষ পরিচালনা কমিটির সাথে কোন অনুষ্ঠানিক সভা না করে অফিস সহকারী, লাইব্রেরীয়ান ও আয়া পদে নিয়োগ প্রদান করার জন্য বিজ্ঞপ্তি দিয়ে প্রার্থীদের কাছ থেকে লক্ষ লক্ষ টাকা ঘুষ গ্রহণের পায়তারা করছেন।
মাদ্রাসা পরিচালনা কমিটির সভাপতি মো. অলি আহম্মেদ খান বলেন, ওই সদস্য পছন্দের প্রার্থীকে নিয়োগ দেয়ার কৌশল হিসেবে নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়াকে বির্তকিত করার জন্য অভিযোগ তুলছেন। নিযোগ প্রক্রিয়ায় কোন অনিয়ম হয় নাই বিধি মোতাবেক সভা করেই নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়েছে।
অধ্যক্ষ মাওলানা আ. জলিল, প্রতিষ্ঠাতা সদস্য মো. ফখরউদ্দীন খানের অভিযোগের প্রেক্ষিতে মাদ্রাসা শিক্ষা বোর্ডের মহাপরিচালকের দপ্তর থেকে নিযোগ প্রক্রিয়া স্থগিত করা হয়েছে।
