হেফাজত ইসলামের যুগ্ম মহাসচিব মাওলানা মামুনুল হকের পক্ষে সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম ফেসবুকে স্ট্যাটাস দেন সুনামগঞ্জ জেলা ছাত্রলীগের যুগ্ম সাধারণ সম্পাদক মো. ফয়েজ উদ্দিন। কিন্তু সেই স্ট্যাটাসের জেরে এবার ছাত্রলীগের পদ হারালেন জেলা ছাত্রলীগের এই নেতা। ‘শৃঙ্খলা পরিপন্থী কার্যকলাপে জড়িত’ থাকার অভিযোগে তাকে ছাত্রলীগ থেকে বহিষ্কার করা হয়েছে।
সোমবার রাতে বাংলাদেশ ছাত্রলীগের সভাপতি আল নাহিয়ান খান জয় ও সাধারণ সম্পাদক লেখক ভট্টাচার্য সাক্ষরিত এক সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে এ তথ্য জানানো হয়।
জানা গেছে, মো. ফয়েজ উদ্দিন জেলা ছাত্রলীগের যুগ্ম সাধারণ সম্পাদক পদে ছিলেন। তার বাড়ি সুনামগঞ্জের জেলার ছাতক উপজেলায়।
উল্লেখ্য, ছাত্রলীগ নেতা ফয়েজ উদ্দিন ফেসবুকে হেফাজত নেতা মামুনুল হকের পক্ষে স্ট্যাটাস দেন। মামুনুল হকের ফেসবুক লাইভও শেয়ার করেন। তার এসব কর্মকাণ্ডের পরই তাকে ছাত্রলীগ থেকে বহিষ্কার করা হলো।
