নাটোরের বড়াইগ্রামে আরজু (১২) নামের এক স্কুল ছাত্রীর লাশ উদ্ধার করেছে পুলিশ।
বুধবার সন্ধায় উপজেলা চকপাড়া গ্রামে এ খবর পাওয়া যায়। ঐ স্কুল ছাত্রী উপজেলার চকপাড়া গ্রামের আবজাল হোসেনের মেয়ে এবং রয়না ভরট সরকার বাড়ি উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ের ৬ষ্ঠ শ্রেণীর ছাত্রী।
নিহতের পারিবারিক সুত্রে জানাযায়, কয়েক দিন যাবত আনজু নতুন জামা জন্য বায়না ধরছিল।
গরীব বাবা নতুন জামার দাবী মিটাতে পারছিল না। বুধবার বিকেলে তার মা মেয়েকে বাড়িতে একা রেখে ছাগলের খাবার সংগ্রহ করতে বাহিরে যায়।
সন্ধ্যাবেলা ফিরে এসে দেখেন টিনের সাথে লাশ ঝুলছে মেয়ের। মায়ের কান্নার শব্দ পেয়ে এলাকার স্থানীয় বাসিন্দারা পুলিশকে খবর দিলে, পুলিশ খবর পেয়ে লাশ উদ্ধার করে ময়নাতদন্তের জন্য মর্গে পাঠায় পুলিশ।
বড়াইগ্রাম থানা পরিদর্শক আনোয়ারুল জানান এ ব্যাপারে অপমৃত্যু মামলা দায়ের হয়েছে। স্কুল ছাত্রীর লাশ উদ্ধার করে নাটোর আধুনিক সদর হাসপাতারে প্রেরন করা হয়েছে।
এসময় তিনি আরো বলেন যে ময়নাতদন্তের রিপোর্ট পেলে জানা যাবে মৃত্যুর আসল কারণ
