বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি মন্ত্রী বলেন, করোনা পরিস্থিতিতেও বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি মন্ত্রণালয় এর কাজ এগিয়ে চলছে। রূপপুর পারমাণবিক বিদ্যুৎ প্রকল্পের স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে ৭ হাজার ৫শ শ্রমিক কাজ করছে।
তিনি আশা প্রকাশ করেন, পারমাণবিক বিদ্যুৎ প্রকল্প থেকে নির্ধারিত সময়ে বিদ্যুৎ উৎপাদিত হবে। ছুটিকালীন সময়ে প্রকল্পের কাজ চলমান রাখার জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট সবার সহযোগিতা চেয়েছেন তিনি।
