পটুয়াখালীর গলাচিপায় কোভিড-১৯ এর টিকা (ভ্যাকসিন) নিলেন সাবেক উপজেলা ছাত্রলীগের সভাপতি উপজেলা আওয়ামী লীগ নেতা মো. কাওসার তালুকদার। মঙ্গলবার সকালে গলাচিপা হাসপাতালের টিকাদান কেন্দ্রে তিনি টিকা গ্রহণ করেন।
এ সময় টিকাদান কেন্দ্রে টিকা নেওয়ার জন্য মানুষের আগ্রহ এবং সমাগম দেখা গেছে। প্রতিদিনই হাসপাতালের টিকাদান কেন্দ্রে কোভিড-১৯ এর টিকা (ভ্যাকসিন) নেওয়ার জন্য বাড়ছে মানুষের ভিড়। টিকা নেওয়ার পরে কাওসার তালুকদার বলেন, চল্লিশের উর্দ্ধে সবাই টিকা নিতে পারবেন।
সবাই টিকা নিয়ে সচেতন হলে আমাদের সকল আতঙ্ক দূর হবে বলে আমার বিশ্বাস। ভয়ের কিছু নেই, মনোবলটাই আসল। কোন গুজবে কান না দিয়ে আপনারা সবাই টিকা নিন এবং সুস্থ থাকুন। মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রী জননেত্রী শেখ হাসিনা চিকিৎসা খাতের দিকে বিশেষ নজর দিচ্ছেন।
এ বিষয়ে গলাচিপা উপজেলা স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কর্মকর্তা ডা. মো. মনিরুল ইসলাম বলেন, কোভিড-১৯ ভ্যাকসিনের টিকা নিতে মানুষের আগ্রহ বেড়েছে। আমাদের এখানে ৩টি বুথে ৬ জন সেবিকা, ১২ জন ভলান্টিয়ার সবাই স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে প্রতিদিনই টিকা প্রদান করছে।
