দেশে এ পর্যন্ত করোনা ভাইরাসের সংক্রমণ প্রতিরোধী টিকার বুস্টার ডোজ পেয়েছেন ৪ কোটি ১১ লাখ ৩৮ হাজার ৬০৬ জন। গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় বুস্টার ডোজ পেয়েছেন ১ লাখ ৬৪ হাজার ২০০ জন।
বৃহস্পতিবার (১১ আগস্ট) স্বাস্থ্য অধিদপ্তরের ম্যানেজমেন্ট ইনফরমেশন শাখার (এমআইএস) পরিচালক ও লাইন ডিরেক্টর অধ্যাপক ডা. শাহাদাত হোসেন স্বাক্ষরিত বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে এ তথ্য জানানো হয়।
এতে বলা হয়, গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় (বুধবার) দেশে প্রথম ডোজ পেয়েছেন ৮ হাজার ১৬৭ জন এবং দ্বিতীয় ডোজ নিয়েছেন ২৯ হাজার ৮৩৫ জন।
আর একই সময়ে বুস্টার ডোজ পেয়েছেন ১ লাখ ৬৪ হাজার ২০০ জন। তাদেরকে অক্সফোর্ড-অ্যাস্ট্রাজেনেকা, সিনোফার্ম, ফাইজার, মডার্না এবং জনসন অ্যান্ড জনসনের টিকা দেওয়া হয়েছে।
এতে বলা হয়, এখন পর্যন্ত টিকার প্রথম ডোজ পেয়েছেন ১২ কোটি ৯৭ লাখ ৯২ হাজার ২৪৫ জন এবং দ্বিতীয় ডোজ নিয়েছেন ১২ কোটি ৮ লাখ ১৫ হাজার ৩৫৭ জন। এ সময়ে টিকার বুস্টার (তৃতীয়) ডোজ পেয়েছেন চার কোটি ১১ লাখ ৩৮ হাজার ৬০৬ জন।
