করোনার চিকিৎসা নিয়ে হাসপাতাল ছেড়েছেন পরিবেশ, বন ও জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন মন্ত্রী মো. শাহাব উদ্দিন। আজ বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুরে সম্মিলিত সামরিক হাসপাতাল (সিএমএইচ) থেকে ছাড়পত্র পেয়ে রাজধানীর বেইলি রোডের সরকারি বাসায় ফেরেন তিনি। পরিবেশ, বন ও জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন মন্ত্রণালয় থেকে পাঠানো এক সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে এই তথ্য জানানো হয়।
বিবৃতিতে বলা হয়েছে, চিকিৎসকদের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী আগামী ১৫ দিন তিনি নিজ বাসায় আইসোলেশনে থেকে প্রয়োজনীয় চিকিৎসা গ্রহণ করবেন। তিনি বর্তমানে আশংকামুক্ত বলে জানিয়েছেন চিকিৎসকরা। পরিবেশ, বন ও জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন মন্ত্রণালয়ের সিনিয়র তথ্য অফিসার দীপংকর বর বলেন, সুস্থতার জন্য মন্ত্রী আল্লাহর প্রতি শুকরিয়া প্রকাশ করেছেন। তিনি সবার কাছে দোয়া চেয়েছেন।
গত ১২ ই আগস্ট দুপুরে মন্ত্রীর করোনা পরীক্ষার ফলাফল পজিটিভ আসে। প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার পরামর্শে ওইদিন সন্ধ্যায়ই তিনি সম্মিলিত সামরিক হাসপাতালে ভর্তি হন।
